Lynn Dube is someone who puts her whole heart and soul into everything she does. As a mom of two, a grandmother of two, and a cancer survivor, you won’t find anyone much tougher than Lynn. Balancing out her tough side, though, is a loving spirit that gleams brightly as she cares for her family and loved ones. At her job of 25 years, she’s like a living policy and procedure manual, since she knows every rule and regulation. Lynn throws fantastic celebrations and takes care of every little detail so that the guests of honor feel cherished. It’s through these parties, and during holidays, that we see how creative and generous she is. She showers her loved ones with exquisite crafts made by hand, and they often include yummy treats! As a self-advocate, Lynn has blossomed into a leader in groups like People First, Speaking for Ourselves - Colorado, the Arc’s Outreach Advisory Council, and our Street Team. Her voice becomes stronger each year, spreading much-needed awareness to our community.
